It seems like this is the overall favorite where I look the "prettiest." I had assistance with this photo, as it was compose by me, by my lovely husband pressed the shutter. Maybe that's why I look so pretty, as it is me seen through his eyes.
This one to the left is my favorite. It was a difficult shot to get, as it is not easy taking photographs with only one hand, and a dirty hand at this. Some "symbols" that need to be explained- on my ring finger is my Mother's ring, with two stones representing my deceased twin babies, and the three bracelets were given to me by my mother after the death of my paternal grandmother. Myself, my sister-in-law, and my mom each received a set of the same bracelets. Beneath the dirt is the remains of my placenta, which I buried in the garden of my mother's house. There's a lot of motherhood in this photo, and many generations of women involved.
