I went to Manchester's skate park a few weeks ago with a friend from my photo class. We had been taking pictures, and I came up with the idea of heading to the park. I didn't know exactly where it was, but I knew it was somewhere downtown. We drove around for a bit, and for the record, it is on Maple St, behind JFK.
It was a gorgeous day out, and about an hour after school had let out. There were a ton of kids, and my friend and I bucked up and asked if we could take pictures. The boys, loving to have a reason to show off, said sure, and started skate boarding, biking, roller blading, and even one kid had a razor (like a skateboard, but with
a handle).
